All payments are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
A technical error on our side that causes a full service outage
Accidental purchase reported within 24 hours
Canceling your subscription will stop the next annual renewal, but past payments cannot be refunded.
